Job summary

Owen Industries is seeking a Paint Line Production Worker (1st Shift) at the Paint Shop in Casselton, ND. You will be part of the powder coating process, ensuring parts are correctly placed, inspected, and coated to meet exacting standards.

Benefits include comprehensive health, retirement, and paid time off, with a stable 3-day weekend schedule and opportunities to grow within the company. Prior powder coating is a plus, and training is provided for the right candidate.

• Must be able to lift and move heavy materials safely throughout your shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in every part.
• Powder coating experience is a plus but not required; willing to train right candidate.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar hands-on role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Hang and unhang parts with care and precision, following the Paint System Tech’s workflow.
• Ensure proper spacing and positioning to guarantee even coating.
• Inspect each piece for quality issues like light spots, drips, or coating inconsistencies.
• Keep your workspace clean and safe while contributing to an efficient production line.

PAINT LINE PRODUCTION WORKER- 1st Shift

Paint Shop Casselton, ND, US

Hours: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm M-TH with OT available as needed

Pay: $22/HR

NPF Finishing is looking for a Paint Line Product Handler to help us deliver flawless finishes on every part that leaves our facility.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be a key player in our powder coating process - responsible for ensuring parts are perfectly placed, thoroughly inspected, and meet our exacting standards every time.

• Hang and unhang parts with care and precision, following the Paint System Tech’s workflow
• Ensure proper spacing and positioning to guarantee even coating
• Inspect each piece for quality issues like light spots, drips, or coating inconsistencies

• A keen eye for detail and a drive for excellence in everything you do
• Experience with powder coating? That’s a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate
