Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a Paint Line Prep candidate in Middleton, WI. This temp-to-hire role offers $19.50 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule with a rotating start time of 5:30am–7am.

You will prepare parts for the paint line, load and unload parts on the power coating conveyor, and perform visual inspection for coverage and defects. High school diploma and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous painting experience is desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts for paint line.
• Load and unload parts for the power coating conveyor system.
• Perform visual inspection for paint coverage or defects.
