Job summary

Labconco in Fort Scott, KS is seeking a manufacturing/paint-line associate to load and unload parts on the conveyor and prepare parts for coating. You will protect parts and use various tools and supplies as part of the coating process.

The role also involves cleaning and routine maintenance of coating system components and using good judgement to ensure equipment functions properly. Schedule is Monday-Thursday, 5:00 am–3:30 pm, with overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Past manufacturing or paint line experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading parts on the conveyor, prep for coating, part protection, and use of various tools and supplies.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on coating system components.
• Exercise good judgement to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
