Eaton is seeking a Production Associate - Paint Line in Sumter, SC. The shift runs Monday-Thursday from 5am to 3pm, with a base hourly rate of $16.75. The role involves preparing parts for painting, operating paint equipment, data entry, and adherence to Eaton’s quality standards to ensure on-time order fulfillment.

In addition to base pay, the position is eligible for a variable incentive program. Applicants should expect to operate forklifts, perform routine maintenance, and comply with safety

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Sumter, SC will be considered.
• Preferred: Prior experience with painting in a fabrication environment.
• Preferred: Forklift experience or willingness to learn.
• Computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook; Eaton systems including DMM, AS400, Mapics, and Vista.

Aufgaben

• Prepare parts, assemblies and sub-assemblies to receive paint and ensure readiness for coating.
• Enter information in data collection system and operate paint equipment to specified finishes.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance and waste disposal; aim for timely order fulfillment and quality adherence.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area per 5S standards and work with team to meet customer needs.
