Job summary

Mycustomstaffing currently seeks Paint Department Workers for 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM). Pay is $18.05 per hour with mandatory overtime. This temp-to-hire role offers long-term potential in a busy production environment.

You will work in the paint department handling parts on the line, operating a spray gun, and preparing parts for shipping. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 75 lbs consistently.
• Experience in fast-paced production environments preferred.
• Must be dependable with good attendance.
• Comfortable with manual labor and standing for long periods.

• Hang parts on a moving paint line.
• Remove painted parts from the line.
