Job summary

Allmetal is seeking Paint Line Operators for the Bensenville, Illinois location. You will feed, cut, and inspect parts as they move through the painting booth, ensuring production standards are met and quality is maintained.

The role is on the 3rd shift (11pm–7am) with starting pay of $19.00 per hour, increasing to $19.80 after 60 days, plus additional shift differentials of $1.50 and $2.25 for OT. Benefits include medical insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and 401(k) with 3% match.

Job description

Allmetal is currently looking for Paint Line Operators to join our Bensenville, Illinois team.

Our paint line operators are responsible for feeding, cutting, and inspecting all parts as they move through the painting booth.

Job Details

3rd Shift: 11pm-7am $19.00 per hour; Increase to $19.80 after 60 days; Additional Shift Differential $1.50 per hour; Additional Shift Differential $2.25 for OT

3rd Shift operators can make up to $21.55 per hour!

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must speak English
• Must be able to meet production standards and rates
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must be able to bend, twist, squat, kneel, or stand for long periods of time
• Follow Standard Work or other documented processes
• Maintain good housekeeping in work area
• Comply with safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures
• Regular / dependable attendance consistent with attendance guidelines is required
• Ability to communicate in a concise, polite, and respectful manner with team members
• Ability to learn and perform repetitive job tasks
