Job summary

Allmetal Inc. in Sparks, Nevada seeks Paint Line Operators to feed, cut, and inspect parts as they move through the painting booth. You will support production efficiency and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The 1st shift pays $17.00 per hour, with 8-hour shifts and voluntary OT. We provide safety shoes allowance, medical insurance, 10 paid holidays, PTO, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401k with a 3% company match.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must speak English.
• Must be able to meet production standards and rates.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to bend, twist, squat, kneel, or stand for long periods of time.
• Follow Standard Work or other documented processes.
• Maintain good housekeeping in work area.
• Comply with safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures.
• Regular / dependable attendance consistent with attendance guidelines is required.
• Ability to communicate in a concise, polite, and respectful manner with team members.
• Ability to learn and perform repetitive job tasks.

Job Details

Our paint line operators are responsible for feeding, cutting, and inspecting all parts as they move through the painting booth.

1st Shift: $17.00 per hour
