Advance Services, Inc. is hiring a 3rd Shift Paint Line Loader in Grand Island, NE. The role supports the paint process on a 7:30pm–6:00am schedule, Sunday through Thursday, with a pay rate of $22/hour.

You will prep components, perform surface prep, and operate tools and equipment to maintain production flow and quality. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well in a team, and adheres to safety and attendance standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production assembly line pace by providing support throughout the paint process.
• Hang and remove parts from the paint line conveyor system.
• Prepare components and surfaces for painting through scuff sanding, minor defect repair, tacking, wiping, and other surface preparation techniques.
• Operate scrapers, brushes, hand tools, pressure sprayers, hoists, overhead cranes, and other equipment as required.
• Blast products to prepare surfaces for painting.

3rd Shift Paint Line Loader Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Paint Line Production Associate to support our manufacturing and finishing operations on 3rd shift. This position plays a key role in maintaining production flow by preparing components for painting, operating blasting equipment, handling materials, and ensuring accurate part identification and documentation. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, adaptable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay Rate: $22/hr Shift: 7:30pm - 6am, Sunday - Thursday

Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain production assembly line pace by providing support throughout the paint process.
• Hang and remove parts from the paint line conveyor system.
