Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of painting experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency across Level 1–3 Paint Line Technician skills (surface prep, coating application, and electrostatic/ powder coating).

Responsibilities

• Provide floor support to paint line and production teams.
• Assist Production Manager with day-to-day activities.
• Train and coach new Paint Line Technicians.
• Lead weekly touchpoints and report observations to supervisors.
• Support safety initiatives and process improvements.
• Operate spray systems, booths, and curing ovens per specs.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and maintain records.
