Job summary

Victaulic in Utah is seeking a Paint Line Lead to supervise day-to-day paint line operations at our West Jordan facility. You’ll provide floor support, training, and safety leadership while performing coating and finishing work as part of the Paint Line team.

The role requires 1–3 years of painting experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to guide technicians, maintain quality, and uphold safety on the shop floor. This is a 1st shift, full-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years painting experience.
• Proficiency across Level 1–3 Paint Line Technician skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide floor support to paint line and production teams.
• Assist the Production Manager with day-to-day activities when needed and balance paint line production assignments.
• Provide guidance and training to new Paint Line Technicians and reinforce best practices.
• Hold weekly touchpoints with team members and report observations to supervisors.
• Operate electrostatic spray systems, powder coating systems, and other painting equipment.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and verify coating thickness and adhesion.
