Schuette Inc. in Rothschild, WI is seeking a General Labor - Paint Line for full-time, on-site work. The role supports production by loading, unloading, masking, and preparing painted parts, following color changes and order separations on the line. Early shifts and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work overtime and meet deadlines.
• Prompt and reliable attendance is required.
• Willing to be cross-trained in other production areas.

Responsibilities

• Report defects observed before loading and after painting.
• Load and unload product from the line.
• Space and mark orders for color changes and separations.
• Masking, plugging, or bolting for system runs as needed.
• Identify parts with numbers and tags from job packets.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
