Job summary

Miller Electric Mfg. LLC is seeking a Fabrication Support to join the Components Division. The successful candidate will support manufacturing operations, ensuring product quality and efficiency and performing painting line-related tasks, material movement, and other line-side duties.

We seek a safety-first, team-oriented individual with good communication and a willingness to cross-train. The role offers opportunities to advance toward a Fabricator through our Internal Fabrication Training

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented with strong communication.
Detail oriented and mechanically inclined.
Basic computer skills required.
Willing to cross-train and stand for long periods.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Load and unload parts on the paint line.
Attach and remove hooks from the paint line.
Apply masking materials to protect surfaces from paint or finishing applications.
Install PEM nuts and weld nuts onto components.
Move materials to support production flow.
Receive training in painting techniques and processes.
Maintain a proven safety and quality record.
Perform additional tasks to support operations.
