Job summary

Selux Corporation is seeking a Paint Line Associate in the Hudson Valley region. This entry-level role involves preparing materials for painting, hanging, positioning and removing parts from the production line, with emphasis on safety and organized workflow.

The position requires 1–2 years in an industrial coating environment, attention to detail, and good English communication. Physical tasks include standing, lifting up to 75 lbs, and working in a warm environment.

Overview

The Paint Line Associate is responsible for preparing materials for the painting process by

hanging, positioning, and removing parts from the production line.

This entry-level position involves repetitive physical tasks, material handling, and

maintaining an organized and safe work environment.

Compensation: $18-19/hr

Qualifications

Job Knowledge and Skills:

• 1-2 years of industrial coating system preferred in a manufacturing environment
• Experience and knowledge of Gema equipment especially valuable.Must be able to focus closely on details (attention to detail is critical)
• Must have the ability to take direction and work well with others.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to stand, walk stoop, bend, and lift overhead.
• Ability to move/lift up to 75lbs
• Frequently required to use hands to handle objects
• Ability to work in a hot environment.
• Specific vision requirements include close vision.
