Ranew's in Waterloo, IA is seeking a Paint Lead to supervise painters, maintain paint booths, and manage paint storage. The role focuses on reaching production goals while ensuring safety and quality in a full-time, on-site position.

Responsibilities include ordering supplies, daily inventory checks, performing PMs, troubleshooting equipment, and collaborating with suppliers to maintain smooth operation across 1st and 2nd shifts. Competitive hourly pay reflects experience.

• Lead painters and monitor production initiatives.
• Ensure painters wear PPE during the paint process.
• Obtain supplies needed for painters to perform job functions.
• Support breaks for painters and perform painter duties as needed.
• Complete PM's and monitor powder usage.
• Maintain cleanliness of paint booth and power room.
• Order powder and supplies to maintain production.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and rebuilds on power guns and equipment.
• Work with suppliers and vendors and ensure quality control.
• Discuss paint defects and implement corrective actions.
