Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a part-time Store Associate for Store #2369 in Goldsboro, NC. You will assist customers, determine needs, and present products and services while maintaining store standards and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting/mixing products, and supporting deliveries as needed. Prior retail or paint-supply experience and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
• Internal Sherwin-Williams rating of at least Meets Expectations (3)
• Completed HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position (if internal)

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas
