Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a Store Associate for Store #1029 in Somerset, KY. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, recommend products, and help maintain the store’s appearance and displays.

Responsibilities include processing sales transactions, meeting sales goals, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing products, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Requirements: 18+, authorized to work in the United States, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 70

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks.
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed.
