Job summary

Crossroadsstaffing in Oxnard is seeking a Paint Department Helper to ensure parts and materials are ready for painters. You will support quality initiatives, handle racking, prepping, cleaning paint guns, and mixing paints according to traveler instructions.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (HSGED), can read and write English, follow instructions, multitask, and lift up to 25 lbs. Prior experience in manufacturing or as a paint assistant is a plus.

Job Description

Will support Paint Department ensuring that parts and materials are readily available for painters to carryout job travelers based on customer specifications. Provides support to all quality initiatives, which include our Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, and Quality Management System. Racking and flipping of parts being painted Cleaning paint guns and prepping them for use Mixing paints for painters based on job traveler instructions Obtain basic knowledge of our paint process for future painter opportunities Assist with all prep work and cleanup of parts within paint department Ensure proper handling of parts, paints, materials and supplies Follow all company quality and safety regulations

Skills Required
