Job summary

Allegion is hiring for a Paint Handler on the first shift in McKenzie, TN. Starting pay is $17.62 per hour.

You will identify and load/unload stock and frames for paint operations, perform basic material handling, and operate production equipment under supervision. The role requires manufacturing experience or familiarity with reading production orders, maintaining a clean work area, and following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand production directions.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and keep a clean, safe area.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision and following directions.

Responsibilities

Paint Handler – First Shift

We are hiring for FIRST SHIFT

Starting Pay $17.62/hr.

What You Will Do:

• Identify, load/unload stock, OEM or Customer frames and sticks for paint operation
• Provide material handling as required, and operate various pieces of equipment as instructed by supervisor

What You Need to Succeed:

• Manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Ability to read and understand the directions for each production assignment and interpret customer orders.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance as required, maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow all quality & safety requirements.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Ability to push/pull/lift/carry 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to pass all required drug screen and background checks.
• Team player attitude.
