Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Machine Operator to safely and efficiently operate packaging lines for finished goods on the 2nd shift. The role involves machines handling 100 to 250+ units per minute in a fast-paced environment that demands keen focus and quick reaction to process changes.

Responsibilities include following work orders, performing changeovers, maintaining hourly monitors and quality reports, and handling waste in accordance with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment following work orders and PPE guidelines.
• Operate machines on lines (box formers, drop packers, tippers, fillers, palletizers, depalletizers, Krones Labeler, B&H Labeler).
• Perform changeovers as required.
• Maintain and current all hourly monitors, SPC, ISO, downtime and reports.
• Dispose of waste per company guidelines.
