Toyota Manufacturing is seeking a Paint Engineer to positively impact safety, quality, productivity, and cost by solving problems and driving process improvements. You will support the Paint department's objective to ensure Toyota safely builds high‑quality vehicles for customers.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will lead cross‑functional teams, analyze data to guide decisions, and provide technical support for continuous improvement initiatives across production and maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Applied Engineering.
• Experience in a role utilizing problem solving skills.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment in an engineering or technical role, including co-op or internship experience.

Responsabilités

• Apply engineering principles to resolve manufacturing operational issues.
• Quickly gather and analyze detailed data to make decisions impacting vehicle quality.
• Provide technical support to Production and Maintenance for process improvement initiatives.
• Oversee the management of process/material change points.
• Manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
• Participate in and/or lead cross-functional teams including production, safety, maintenance, and quality.
