Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• DOT MEC certificate or willingness to obtain within five business days of conditional offer.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• English language proficiency to converse with customers.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must meet performance rating requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers from the store using box and flat-bed trucks.
• Load customer orders properly on the truck.
• Ensure delivery forms are completed.
• Deliver items safely and on time.
• Maintain the store vehicle and report repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Adhere to routes and schedules; comply with transportation laws.
• Prepare delivery reports and related documents.
• Operate equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts.
• Assist with warehouse duties, tinting, and mixing customer orders.
