Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to support deliveries and customer service at Automotive Finishes #9329, 3056 John R Rd., Troy, MI. The role involves loading/unloading, operating warehouse equipment, and assisting customers in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities include processing POS transactions, organizing the stockroom, and following safety and inventory procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Part-time position; hours align with branch operations.
• Preferred: High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Load and unload products from deliveries.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, etc.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Process sales transactions at the POS accurately and consistently.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Ensure the stockroom is organized and inventory procedures are followed.
• Operate color retrieval and paint mixing machine equipment as needed.
• Complete Monthly and Quarterly Safety Training.
