Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Delivery Associate to serve wholesale and retail customers in Cleveland, OH. You will deliver products from stores, assist customers, and process sales while maintaining safety and accuracy in all tasks.

Qualifications include 21+ years old, a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and willingness to work evenings/weekends. Internal HR Cloud courses and performance ratings may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have a “meets expectations” rating.
• Must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner.
• Maintain the store vehicle and report repairs or servicing needs.
• Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
• Operate vehicles and equipment as required.
