• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends; HR Cloud eLearning courses must be completed if internal to Sherwin-Williams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers safely and timely.
• Maintain store vehicle and report repairs or servicing needs.
