Job summary

Responsibilities include handling inquiries by phone and in person, operating the cash register, tinting and mixing as needed, and supporting deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams staff must meet performance expectations and HR training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to store customers.
• Assist in person and over the phone to identify needs and recommend products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately following store policies.
• Maintain accurate work orders and stock levels.
• Pull products from shelves or warehouse and prepare order fulfillment.
• Tint or mix products per customer specifications when needed.
• Keep shelves stocked and displays presentable.
• Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading as required.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and options available.
• Follow inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvements.
