Qualifications

• Very significant math skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field and/or 1–3 years’ lab experience preferred.
• Prior experience with paint and/or coatings preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complaint investigations using defined test protocols.
• Perform internal and external product benchmarking.
• Ensure safety procedures are maintained in the laboratory.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Participate in the quality process for the laboratory.
