Job summary

PSE Group is hiring a Counter Associate/Representative to perform customer service in a store setting, selling products to walk-in customers, and proactively contacting preferred end-user customers. The role emphasizes automotive and specialty coatings and related equipment.

You will support an inside sales team, maintain records, and ensure accurate pricing and account setup. The position offers a weekday schedule from 8am to 5pm, weekends off, and a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a store environment and assist customers.
• Familiarity with paint products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and enter telephone orders and track shipments.
• Serve customers at the counter and in-store.
• Mix paint and prepare orders for delivery or pickup.
• Reconcile inventory and stock merchandise in-store.
• Support outside sales team and maintain customer records.
• Prepare paint orders using standard and custom formulas.
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment.
