Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years’ experience in Paint Prep
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Paint Prep
• 0 to 1 year experience in Paint Prep

Responsabilités

• Seal seams and prepare products for paint
• Wipe areas with degreaser solvent
• Sand and scuff areas with paint defects
• Grind welds and apply body filler
• Mask edges and areas not requiring paint
• Help with QA and QC standards for tasks
• Promote Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
