• Experience in a body shop environment with focus on finishing and painting prep.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Willingness to learn Spartan systems and pursue additional training.

Responsibilities

• Perform presanding, body filler, roll prime, sanding, and metal finishing as needed.
• Lead / perform lean events.
• Read and follow detailed operator instructions for the area.
• Use hand, electric, and pneumatic tools and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Initiate process improvements and support 5S in the work area.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
