Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Massillon, OH, is seeking a hands-on manufacturing operator to support our colorant batch production. This role follows detailed processing instructions, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and contributes to efficient production on the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm).

Responsibilities include material handling, batch mixing, equipment operation, quality monitoring, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Select, pull, measure, and stage raw materials for manufacturing.
• Follow batch slip instructions to mix and blend materials in high-speed mixers.
• Make lab adjustments and maintain raw material samples from premixes.
• Operate paint-making control systems and manufacturing equipment safely.
• Monitor raw materials and finished goods for quality.
