Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Production Operator - Blender in Maumee, OH to blend and prepare customer orders, manage mixing equipment, and maintain accurate production records. This full-time role operates on weekdays, with a 7:00am to 3:30pm schedule, at the Maumee facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include being at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders, including blending, adjusting, filling, and labeling batches.
• Operate tinting and mixing equipment and material handling equipment.
• Make shade and gloss adjustments to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure customers' quality and service expectations are met.
• Maintain production records and reporting as required.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
