Benjamin Moore & Co. is seeking a 3rd shift batch formulation technician responsible for mixing materials, color matching/tinting, and ensuring quality of finished products in a fast-paced production environment.

You will follow Central Labs formulations, operate dispersion equipment, and conduct quality controls to ensure proper transfer to the next step in production, while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards across the work area.

Formación

• High School degree required.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience matching color specifications.
• Team-oriented and detail-focused.
• Ability to operate production equipment safely.

Responsabilidades

• Follow safety and environmental guidelines.
• Maintain clean work area and equipment.
• Perform batch formulation and dispersion per Central Lab formulations.
• Mix materials and perform quality checks for dispersion approval.
• Transfer batches to holding tanks and coordinate with other departments.
• Match colors to customer specifications using spectrophotometer and visual shading.
• Support shading department for dispersion and tinting.
