Job summary

Benjamin Moore & Co is seeking an experienced production associate to support batch formulation, color matching, and quality control in our pigment dispersion operations. You will follow documented formulas, operate related equipment, and ensure precise material measurements for downstream filling lines.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs while maintaining a clean, efficient work environment and collaborating with the shading department to ensure consistent

Qualifications

• High School degree required and ability to perform basic math.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and cleanliness.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork.
• Ability to work safely and follow SOPs.
• Ability to operate fill-by-weight machinery and related equipment (video jet, labeler, palletizer, depalletizer).
• Familiarity with color matching/tinting processes and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch formulas for proper dispersion into tanks.
• Mix raw materials and perform quality checks.
• Responsible for color matching and tinting.
• Measure materials accurately for transfer to tanks.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs throughout production.
• Coordinate with other departments during production for proper timing.
