Job summary

Specialty Building Products is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate/Material Handler at our on-site facility in Pennsylvania. Starting pay is $17 per hour, with a values-based culture and opportunities for advancement across SBP brands including REEB Millwork.

You will support the pre-finish line, load materials, ensure quality, and assist with duties as assigned. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions from supervisor.
• Ability to perform tasks under fast-paced conditions.
• Energetic with ability to sustain high quality work.

Responsibilities

• Service the pre-finish line with needed material components (loading paint carts with frame parts and doors).
• Assist pre-finish line area with removal of completed product to build prep and/or stretch-wrap machine.
• Ensure the product and/or materials meet quality expectations.
• Notify supervisor of improvement opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
