Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club is seeking a Restrooms Attendant for the Masters Tournament. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all restrooms across the event, while delivering friendly service to members, players, caddies, and patrons.

Responsibilities include cleaning fixtures, managing supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and assisting guests. The position requires flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and potential overtime at Augusta, GA.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning practices and supplies knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms and related fixtures; empties trash; cleans floors and windows.
• Maintains supplies and reports maintenance concerns.
• Delivers lost items per Club policy.
• Attends mandatory orientation and training sessions.
• Works schedule including holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.

The Restrooms Attendant is primarily responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned restrooms, ensuring all service meets Club standards. Pay Rate: $14.00/hr

Essential Functions of the Job

• Greets and directs all members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Maintains morale throughout lines while informing guests of potential wait times.
• Cleans and sanitizes toilets, fixtures, ashtrays, urns, empties trash cans, sweeps and mops floors, vacuums, cleans windows, dusts and strips restroom floors.
• Removes trash and maintains supplies.
• Ensures that all safety, sanitation and emergency policies are followed, reporting any maintenance or concerns to the Restroom Supervisor.
• Delivers lost items to the appropriate location, based on Club policy.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains the confidentiality of all Club business.
• Demonstrates a commitment to upholding professional standards in the work environment.
• Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job.
• Attends mandatory orientation and training sessions.
• Required to work schedule as defined by department to include holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.
