HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT COUNSELORS is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a full-time position in Waldorf, MD, with offices in Waldorf and Oxon Hill, about 30 minutes apart. The role focuses on musculoskeletal and pain care, with a collaborative multidisciplinary team and no weekend responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active Maryland PA or NP license.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
• Comfortable working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with musculoskeletal and pain conditions.
• Perform patient exams and review histories, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize a multimodal approach to care, including medication management, physical therapy, and bracing when appropriate.
• Review and explain test results with patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, medical assistants, and other providers.
