HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT COUNSELORS in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a musculoskeletal and chronic pain focused practice. The role offers $120K-$135K base with bonuses, full-time hours, and no weekend commitments.

The team provides comprehensive care across diagnostics, treatment planning, patient education, and collaborative care with physicians and therapists. DEA license active is required, and Virginia licensure is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia PA or NP license required.
• Active DEA license.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in musculoskeletal or pain management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including history, exam, and diagnostics.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans for neuropathy, musculoskeletal, and chronic pain patients.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, options, and home care.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and staff.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
