Job summary

HCRC consulting in Baltimore, MD is actively seeking a fellowship-trained Pain Management Physician to join our award-winning practice full time. You will evaluate patients, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and perform advanced pain procedures as part of a collaborative team in Central Maryland and the Baltimore-Washington region.

The role offers a $400,000 guaranteed base salary plus uncapped productivity bonuses, full benefits including health, dental, vision, malpractice coverage, CME

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Fellowship-trained in Pain Medicine.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine.
• Active Maryland medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• Active DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new and existing patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Perform advanced interventional pain procedures under fluoroscopic and ultrasound guidance.
• Manage pharmacologic treatment plans when appropriate.
• Coordinate care with referring physicians, surgeons, therapists, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform spinal and peripheral injections.
• Perform trials and management of spinal cord stimulation.
• Participate in practice development and community outreach initiatives.
• Mentor and supervise Advanced Practice Providers.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
