Doctor's Choice Placement Services, Inc. in Central Maryland is seeking a fellowship-trained, Board Certified/Board Eligible Pain Medicine physician to join our expanding team.

The role offers a $400,000 guaranteed base salary plus uncapped bonus potential and comprehensive benefits. We are a leading interventional pain management practice serving the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area, with multiple office locations and strong referral networks.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Fellowship-trained in Pain Medicine.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine.
• Active Maryland medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Active DEA registration.
• BLS/ACLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new and established patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Perform advanced interventional pain procedures under fluoroscopic and ultrasound guidance.
• Manage pharmacologic treatment plans when appropriate.
• Coordinate care with referring physicians, surgeons, therapists, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform spinal and peripheral injections.
• Perform trials and management of spinal cord stimulation.
• Participate in practice development and community outreach initiatives.
• Mentor and supervise Advanced Practice Providers.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
