Job summary

Talent With Heart, based in Munster, Indiana, is seeking a Pain Medicine Physician for a full-time, permanent role in a physician-led group practice. The ideal candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible in Pain Medicine and possess an active Indiana license.

The position involves advanced interventional pain care, collaboration with spine surgeons, neurologists, orthopedists, and therapists, and integration with a high-tech hospital environment including EPIC EHR and AI-assisted

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible for licensure within 90–120 days).
• Strong proficiency in interventional pain modalities, comprehensive patient assessment, and multidisciplinary care planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and medical/interventional treatment for adult patients presenting with acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Perform a wide range of interventional pain procedures in outpatient and procedure suite settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary network of spine surgeons, neurologists, orthopedists, physical therapists, and primary care physicians.
• Utilize cutting-edge clinical tools and EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and health system guidelines regarding controlled substance management and patient safety.
• Participate in practice development and quality improvement initiatives.
