Job summary

Management Performance Associates seeks a Board Certified/Eligible Pain Medicine physician to join a physician-led group in Northwest Indiana, near Chicago. This role combines subspecialty interventional pain care with a high-tech hospital environment and AI-enhanced EPIC EHR.

You will collaborate with spine surgeons, neurologists, orthopedists, and therapists to deliver comprehensive evaluation, procedures, and tailored treatment plans while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited US medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine (via Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology subspecialty).
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license or eligible for licensure within 90–120 days.
• Strong proficiency in interventional pain modalities and multidisciplinary care planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and medical/interventional treatment for adult patients presenting with acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Perform a wide range of interventional pain procedures in outpatient and procedure suite settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary network of spine surgeons, neurologists, orthopedists, physical therapists, and primary care physicians.
• Utilize cutting-edge clinical tools and EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and health system guidelines regarding controlled substance management and patient safety.
• Participate in practice development and quality improvement initiatives.

An established, highly regarded healthcare system in Northwest Indiana is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pain Medicine Physician to join its growing, physician-led group practice.

Located just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago, this position offers the ideal combination of a subspecialty practice, high-tech hospital infrastructure, and exceptional work-life balance. Practice in a HIMSS Stage VII environment featuring full EPIC EHR integration with modern AI functionality.
