Job summary

New Jersey Spine Center in Summit, NJ is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Physiatrist with Fellowship in Pain Medicine to join a multispecialty spine group as a Pain Medicine / Interventional Physiatrist. This full-time role begins September 2027 and focuses on non-operative spine and musculoskeletal care within a collaborative, physician-led environment.

The ideal candidate will excel in interventional pain management, image-guided procedures, and comprehensive non-operative spine care

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
• Fellowship-trained or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine.
• Strong interest in interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine.
• Comfortable performing image-guided procedures or eager to develop advanced procedural expertise.
• Evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Excellent communicator and team player.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and management of spine, musculoskeletal, and pain conditions.
• Image-guided interventional spine and pain procedures.

Our growing multispecialty spine group in Summit, New Jersey is seeking a Board Eligible Physiatrist who will be Board Eligible in Pain Medicine to join our team in a full-time position beginning September 2027.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician who is passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based, non-operative spine and musculoskeletal care in a collaborative, physician-led environment.

The Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in interventional pain management and spine care and will work collaboratively with our team of spine specialists, including operative and non-operative physicians.

The position will include:

• Evaluation and management of patients with spine, musculoskeletal, and pain conditions
• Image-guided interventional spine and pain procedures
• Fluoroscopically guided injections and other minimally invasive procedures
• Comprehensive non-operative management of spine disorders
• Collaboration with spine surgeons and other members of the multidisciplinary team
• Development of individualized treatment plans focused on improving function and quality of life
• Participation in an established referral network and growing patient base

Candidate Qualifications
