Job summary

Qualifications

• ACGME-accredited residency in Anesthesiology completed.
• ACGME-accredited fellowship in Pain Medicine completed.
• Board Eligibility or Certification in Anesthesiology.
• Board Eligibility or Certification for Added Qualification in Pain Medicine.
• Research experience and teaching desirable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a wide range of acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Utilize medication management, interventional procedures, and referrals to PT and other specialties.
• Collaborate with Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Hematology/Oncology, PM&R, physical therapy, and behavioral health.
• Perform fluoroscopy-guided and ultrasound-guided spine and peripheral procedures.
• Supervise residents, Pain Medicine Fellows, and ARNPs.
• See patients and perform procedures independently as needed.
• Participate in teaching, mentoring, and departmental academic activities; pursue research if possible.
