The University of Miami is seeking a Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Management Anesthesiologist to join its expanding faculty at the Miller School of Medicine. The position requires completion of an approved residency and fellowship, with responsibilities including managing pain patients and supervising trainees.

Expected to perform nerve block techniques and manage acute pain, candidates will also participate in teaching and departmental activities. This is a full-time role with a call schedule of one week per month.

Qualifications

• Completed a US approved residency in Anesthesiology.
• Fellowship in Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Management or equivalent substantial experience.
• Board eligibility or certification in Anesthesiology.

Responsabilités

• Perform and supervise various nerve block techniques.
• Manage acute and acute-on-chronic pain patients.
• Supervise residents and fellows.
• Participate in academic activities: teaching and mentoring.
• Call schedule: 1 week per month including weekend.
