Creative Healthcare Solutions, LLC is seeking an Osteopathic Physician specialized in Pain Medicine to join a private practice in Vancouver, Washington. The role offers a full-time schedule with four days per week (Mon-Thu, 8:00am–5:00pm) and no on-call duties, along with a base salary plus productivity bonuses and equity opportunities.

Providers will handle 13–16 patients daily, with generous appointment lengths and strong clinical support.

Formación

• DO degree required; board certification in relevant specialty.
• WA medical license or ability to obtain licensure in WA.
• DEA registration required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits.
• Develop individualized pain management plans.
• Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal examinations.
• Provide osteopathic manipulative treatment and related procedures.
• Coordinate care with clinical and administrative staff.
• Educate patients on treatment options and safety.
