Jackson Physician Search is seeking a BE/BC Pain Management physician for a 50-bed Level III Trauma Hospital in Central Washington. This full-time role offers a 4-day work week with no call and Epic EMR with AI integration. A starting base salary of $470,000 plus wRVU bonus is offered, along with a $105,000 sign-on and relocation package.

Up to $200,000 in student loan repayment is available, and residency stipend for new graduates. Comprehensive benefits are included.
