Job summary

Wisconsin Spine and Pain in Mequon, WI is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our on-site team. The RN will provide direct patient care in a pain management setting, prepare patients for procedures, administer meds and injections, and monitor patients before, during, and after treatments.

You will document care in the medical record, coordinate with physicians and APPs, educate patients on treatment plans and post-procedure instructions, and contribute to safety and infection-control

Qualifications

Active Wisconsin RN license required.
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
Experience in pain management or ambulatory settings is valued.
Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

Prepare patients for procedures and monitor before, during, and after treatments.
Administer medications and injections as ordered.
Document care accurately in the medical record.
Coordinate with physicians and advanced practice providers.
Educate patients on treatment plans and post-procedure instructions.
Support infection control and safety initiatives.
