Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a spine and pain management team. You will perform nursing processes, assess patients, contribute to treatment plans, administer medications and injections, and support IV therapy while maintaining patient confidentiality.

You will collaborate with providers and staff to ensure high-quality care, document thoroughly, and promote safe clinical practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold a current state RN license.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong skills in medical treatments, emergency response, patient communication, and basic computer use.
• Ability to operate clinic equipment and build effective working relationships with staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assess patients, including pain evaluations and vital signs.
• Support providers in procedures and treatments.
• Administer medications, injections, and support IV therapy.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately.
• Coordinate follow-up care, referrals, and patient education.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and maintain detailed records.

Maintain accurate documentation, support a safe clinical environment, and assist with lab/testing activities.
