Job summary

Mount Nittany Health is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the Musculoskeletal Pain Management & Rehabilitation Services unit. The role directs staff, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and supports the Director in mission-critical activities.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of leadership experience, an RN or related clinical background, and a Master’s in Nursing/Healthcare Administration as preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• RN or related clinical background preferred.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Financial management: analyze budgets, variances, and improve care efficiency.
• Human resource management: staffing, orientation, and performance evaluations.
• Lead continuous improvement and patient safety initiatives using Lean-/MDI-style methods.
• Coordinate across staff, physicians, and administration to ensure service excellence.
• Uphold professional standards and regulatory readiness in all activities.
