Texas Orthopedic Hospital is seeking a Director of Pain Management to lead the unit's strategy, staffing, and budget, driving high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced orthopedic setting.

The role requires RN licensure, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and 3+ years of leadership experience, with a Master’s degree preferred. You will collaborate with physicians and administrative teams to optimize outcomes and staff development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
  • RN license required.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • 3+ years leadership experience required.
  • 1+ years applicable experience required.
  • Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee staffing and operations of the unit(s)/department(s) to ensure high quality, patient-centered care.
  • Forecast, plan, and monitor budgets and resources.
  • Foster accountability and collaboration to implement organizational strategies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement policies to comply with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure equipment maintenance and patient throughput meet safety and quality benchmarks.
  • Lead care coordination policies to improve safety, efficiency, and patient experience.
  • Provide leadership in achieving an exceptional patient experience and engagement.
  • Support staff development, training, and performance coaching.
